迎新夜 CCS Orientation Night

  十月中旬，中华文化学会迎来第一个至关重要的活动，那就是中华文化学会迎新会。在此，中华文化学会 诚意邀请所有会员出席这项活动。除此，还没加入我们的同学和希望对中华文化学会有更深入了解的朋友也一样收邀出席我们这次的活动。

活动详情如下：

日期：二零零九年十月二十日 （星期二)

时间：7:30pm to 10:30pm

主办地点 ：Great Hall, Admin Building

服装主题：红/黄

此次的迎新会顾名思义就为为了让新会员适应大学生活和让大家更了解中华文化学会。同时，这也是让各位参与者与中华文化学会执委交流与认识新朋友的黄金时刻。

除了入场免费之外，当晚我们还准备了小食让大家享用。我们也筹备了各项节目如，团体游戏，表演，幸运抽奖与猎像游戏等。我们希望当晚大家能踊跃的参与各项活动，尽兴而归。

The orientation night is the premier commencement event which cannot be missed. Invitation is hereby given out to all CCS members and we welcome those students who would like to know more about Chinese Cultural Society.

The details are as follow:

Date and Time : 20^th October 2009 (Tuesday), 7.30pm – 10.30pm

Venue : Administration Block, Great Hall

Recommended Dress Code : Red or Yellow

The orientation night aims to allow the freshmen to familiarize themselves in university life and our society. Additionally, it provides an opportunity for newcomers to meet the executive committee members as well as other members.

The entry is free of charge and light refreshments are provided for the participants. We’ve prepared a lot of activities such as interaction games, performances and lucky draws as well as photo hunting game. We hope everyone could have pleasure and enjoy the event.

For those who have not registered as members of CCS, and you are interested to do so, please do not hesitate to register to us at the counter set up at the entrance of the Great Hall on that night.
